Synopsis for "Vengeance of the Immortal Villain!"

On Earth-Two, Vandal Savage attempts to capture the JSA by luring them to machines emitting strange beams of light over each of their respective cities, then trapping them in stasis energy blocks. Because most things that happen on one world happen on the other, Barry Allen on Earth-One also sees the lights. Finding no connection between the cities they appear in, other than all of them being home cities of the JSA heroes he grew up reading comics about, he travels to Earth-Two to ask his good friend Jay Garrick.
On Earth-Two, Jay tells Barry that all of his Justice Society friends have gone missing. They decide that Jay will investigate the light source, while Barry travels close behind, invisible. They find the machine, and after Jay touches it, he is frozen in an energy block and begins to fly off. Barry is barely able to break him out.
In his underground lair where he's keeping the Justice Society, seeing that the two Flashes have escaped, Vandal Savage gives pursuit. He manages to capture both of them in his hovercraft, and ties them up, but vibrate themselves from their bonds, and destroy the airship, forcing Savage to flee back to his hideout.
When the two heroes find his cave and enter it, Savage zaps them with a strange ray causing them to brutally fight each other for the honor of capturing the villain. Barry knocks Jay out, and goes to search the cave, while Savage steps out from behind a rock and imprisons Jay.
Vandal Savage's final trick is to create a double of himself that similar to the light machines, will imprison anybody who touches it. Barry notices that it's a fake at the last second, and throws a rock at it instead. Savage assumes that Barry must have touched it while he was invisible, and that's why he remains invisible in stasis. However, instead, Barry has gone off to free Jay and the rest of the Justice Society. With the entire Justice Society, plus an extra Flash to deal with, Vandal Savage has no choice but to surrender.
The heroes return to their respective cities, a job well done.
