Synopsis for "Velocity 9"

A superfast bank robber manages to steal $250,000. He takes it to a mysterious figure in the shadows, who gives him access to a drug which turns the robber's emaciated face back to normal.

The police come to Wally's mansion to ask about the rash of superspeed robberies that have been occurring. The mansion is in the midst of being remodeled, and tension runs high between Wally's mother and Tina.

Anatole embarks on his first job for Kapitalist Kouriers, a delivery to Trenton, New Jersey. However, while en route, he is attacked by two superfast assailants who steal his package.

Wally visits Anatole in the hospital, learning that he had been hired by Mason Oil Imports to make the delivery. This leads him to mobster Nick Bassaglia, who also happens to be Wally's neighbor.

Bassaglia is concerned because the superspeed drug, which is known as Velocity 9, has begun to encroach on his distribution of more mainstream drugs. He invites Wally to a party at his home, hoping to convince him to work together to put a stop to Velocity 9.

Meanwhile, the mysterious provider of Velocity 9 is revealed to be Vandal Savage.
