Synopsis for "Still Life in the Fast Lane"

The Thinker is dying, but lately, Jay Garrick has grown to consider him a friend. If he can find his thinking cap, the Thinker might be able to come up with a way to cure his own cancer. Jay takes Wally's place as the main Flash while Wally's legs are healing.
