Synopsis for "Magic Words"

Linda Park-West and the Flash are visiting the Central Expo Center's Broadcaster's Convention. Linda is not amused when her new boss introduces her as Mrs. Flash to draw some extra attention.

On the next day, Wally and Linda accompany young Billy Batson, who visited the convention as well, to the airport. When Linda and Billy talk to a flight attendee, they are suddenly spouting seemingly nonsensical incantations which seem to turn the world around them into a medieval state. That only lasts for a few seconds, but as a side effect a plane is about to crash into the airport which forces both the Flash and Captain Marvel to interfere.

Linda and Billy believe that the incident may be connected to a speech held at the convention by a Mr. Blackwell. Going to the hotel room of Mr. Blackwell they find out that the speech was held by a now detoriating body-double. With magic being involved, Flash thinks that it is Felix Faust who is planning to change the whole world into a medieval state when the new Golden Spike network goes online at exactly 6:57 p.m. In the end, both Flash and Captain Marvel are able to defeat Felix Faust and foil his plans ...
