Synopsis for "A Meeting of Rogues"

Wally and Chunk are watching television at Wally's old mansion, which now belongs to Chunk. Chunk gives Wally a letter that had come for him. It was an invitation to a party for Captain Cold put on by the Rogues Gallery.

Wally's old girlfriend Connie Noleski arrives, and Wally asks Chunk to leave. Irritated that she never got taken anywhere exciting, Wally decides to take her to the Rogues' party.

The Rogues are celebrating Cold's recent release from prison. What starts out as merriment quickly turns into a fight until Wally and Connie arrive.

A while later, Chunk arrives at the party, angry at Wally for kicking him out of his own home. The party continues, and eventually Rainbow Raider finds a wire on Weather Wizard, who had been offered a large sum of money by the National Snoop to give them a story on super-villains. He is allowed to escape.

Chunk had been trying for some time to return the rest of the people that were trapped in his singularity. He succeeds, and a large group of criminals suddenly is teleported into the party, making a mess of the place.
