Synopsis for "Slow Motion"

Captain Cold discovers Evan McCulloch, Mirror Master, has been doing lines of cocaine in the bathroom. Cold reminds him of the Rogues' policy on drugs.

In a Keystone City interrogation room, Fred Chyre and Jared Morillo are questioning Wally West about the attempted murder of Ashley Zolomon. Time slows and Wally changes to his Flash costume, discovering that he has no speed. He walks outside and finds the Turtle, who has escaped from Iron Heights Penitentiary. Turtle tells Flash he can now steal speed just by thinking about it. The Turtle begins to fight Flash.

In Chicago, Captain Boomerang asks Heat Wave for a loan and Heat Wave gives him some money.

Back in Keystone City, Flash manages to knock Turtle unconscious, returning the stolen speed to everyone. He races Turtle back to Iron Heights and rushes back to the interrogation room before Chyre and Morillo realize he is gone. Chyre and Morillo release West, but tell him not leave town.

At Keystone City General Hospital, Professor Zoom races into Ashley Zolomon's room and leaves her yellow roses.

Back at Keystone City Police Department garage, Wally returns to work and finds a car part in his pocket -- a pin from the combination valve in Ashley Zolomon's car. He realizes that he is responsible for her car accident, even if it wasn't intentional.

A radio in Zolomon's hospital room announces the murder of Sue Dibny, Elongated Man's wife.
