Synopsis for "The Wild Wests Part Two: The Deep End"
Jai and Iris escape the grasp of the invading aliens, but soon find themselves lost and afraid as they wander the streets of Keystone City trying to find a way to contact their mother. When they arrive at a police station, they find that the aliens have also come, killing at least several policemen by draining all the water from their bodies. However, Wally comes to their rescue.
After speeding his children home, Wally explains to Linda, by transferring via a kiss the chemicals the aliens use to communicate, his experience underwater in the grasp of the aliens. They had used the river as a portal from their world and were invading in retaliation for some past attack.
Hoping to stall the attack, Wally borrows an old cold gun once used by Captain Cold from the Flash Museum and uses it to modify a massive cyclotron being built at S.T.A.R. Labs so that it would emanate a short pulse of absolute zero, freezing everything liquid in the city. However, in his moment of victory, he falls over, dehydrated, as aliens continue to march toward him.
