The Freeland Police Department was the police department that served the city of Freeland.
History
Under the leadership of corrupt deputy chief Cayman, the police station worked closely with the crimelord Tobias Whale and his organization, The 100. Cayman was also affiliated with the A.S.A., and got A.S.A. agent Kara Fowdy to plant drug evidence in Principal Pierce's office to get him arrested. Inspector Henderson interrogated one of Cayman's partners and he ratted Cayman out, leading to Cayman's arrest as Henderson became the new deputy chief and Pierce was cleared of all charges.[1]
