Russians launch 5 ICBMs at NATO bases in North Africa, from a missile base in the Ural Mountains, but a volunteer squad of U.S. soldiers, acting without official sanction, takes over the Bulgarian radio control base, and turns the rockets back to their point of origin, where they detonate.
