History

G.O.O.D. (Global Organization of Organized Defense) is a mysterious global peace-keeping agency. They hire out their services to governments and individuals that they deem worthy. There is very little known about them, including what their acronym stands for. Their leader is the manipulative secret agent Barney Ling. He is known to recruit outside agents for his operations. In their first known adventure, Ling hired two students of the O-Sensei named Ben Turner and Richard Dragon to shut down a slave ring in Sudan.[1] They used Dragon again to infiltrate a martial arts school run by a secret agent known as The Swiss.[2] The Swiss was revealed to be working for a man named Guano Cravat, and they sent Dragon to take down Cravat as well.[3] In their efforts to extract Dragon by plane, Barney Ling was captured by a pirate named Slash. He was rescued by Dragon and Lady Shiva.[4]
