George Herbert Walker Bush was the 41st president of the United States of America. Prior to assuming the role of Chief Executive, George served as Vice President for two terms under President Ronald Reagan. Bush supported President Reagan's initiative to outlaw metahuman activity during the Operation: Humiliation event (often referred to as Legends). As President, he was present in Washington, D.C. when the Extremists sought to conquer the world by absconding Earth's entire nuclear arsenal.
