Synopsis for "Fifth Tremor"

Brother Christopher wakes up and finds Zoe in bed beside him – dead. The Ghostdancing drug was too much for her body to sustain it. Agent Cody is sitting in the room and tells Christopher that he has a job for him. They are to find the aging rocker known as Snake and kill him. Cody blames Snake for what happened to Brown Mary (White-Buffalo-Woman).

Cody drives Christopher to a field where Snake is preparing for a Fifth World Raga reunion concert. Christopher pulls a gun on him backstage and Snake tries to explain to him that Cody is manipulating him. Hell tells him that his mother died back in 1973 when the Feds raided a large South Dakota Native American hippie/drug cult. Cody was supposed to be Snake's friend and manager, but it was he that tipped off the Feds to the cult's location. Christopher is confused and doesn’t know who to trust.

Meanwhile, back in the Mammonite holding cell, Father Craft (Coyote-Old-Man) speaks with Brown Mary. He forces her to remember that she is a power being known as White-Buffalo-Woman. White-Buffalo-Woman's memory returns and with it, the dance required to re-awaken her powers. All across California, the Earth begins to tremble.

White-Buffalo-Woman's spirit is strong enough to awaken the truth inside of her son, Christopher. Miles away, Christopher sees through Cody’s lies. He throws his gun down and marches past Snake onto the stage. He begins pounding a rhythm upon his mother’s old tom drum and declares that he is now the Snake – the Snake of Change.
