Quality Comics

Quality Comics was a comic book publishing firm, which operated from 1939 until 1956. Following the collapse of the company, DC Comics (then known as National Periodical Publications) purchased many of Qualities surviving super-hero characters including, Plastic Man, Doll Man, Black Condor, Phantom Lady, Uncle Sam and many others.
