Year One
Year One is a term used when describing the early career of a particular character. Year One storylines often include a character's origin as well as that of his or her supporting cast.

Yellow Impurity
The Yellow Impurity was the inherent weakness of the Green Lantern Rings. Simply put, the energy of the Ring was unable to affect anything colored yellow. Following the revelation of the cause of the Yellow Impurity, a Green Lantern can now affect yellow colored objects if they "accept fear".

Yuda
In Kryptonian culture, Yuda is one of the angels in the Raoist relgion and is often associated with Cythonna. Yuda is recognized by members of the Kryptonian Religious Guild.
