HistoryEdit

Goofty Garlow was a small time crook who was too stupid to stay out of jail. He finally earned himself an honest job as a gopher for Professor Medew. One of the professor's inventions was a thinking computer, which gave logical solutions to problems that were typed in. When he asked the machine how to get one like it, it told him to murder the professor and steal this machine, which he did. He framed Woozy Winks for the murder, and committed several other crimes until Plastic Man stopped him.
