Synopsis for "Keystone Kops, Part 3"

At Iron Heights, Dr. Alchemy toys with the interview from Crispus Allen and Renée Montoya. He calls them out on several lies like him being able to get access back to his research. He notices Renee Montoya's double venus necklace and begins calling her 'Detective Dyke'. He knows he's smart and promises to tell them the truth if they tell him the truth. He tells them they might be able to save Officer Kelly if he gets a chance to look at the body. Captain Maggie Sawyer speaks with commissioner Mike Akins about the transfer. After talking with Keystone Police, they come to the agreement that Keystone Police officers Jared Morillo and Fred Chyre will accompany Dr. Alchemy back to Gotham to see if he can help with Officer Kelly. No one knows for sure if he wants to experiment more of if he will actually help.

In Gotham, Montoya's father stops by Daria's apartment looking for Montoya. She invites him in to talk.

At the hospital, Dr. Alchemy claims he never intended to hurt or murder officer Kelly, he only wanted to see him transform. Dr. Alchemy transmutes his chains and Montoya's necklace to break free and drop the floor out from under the police officers so they fall a level below. Dr. Alchemy walks and and tells officer Kelly to complete his transmutation as Kelly punches his girlfriend Sharon. Batman throws a batarang at Alchemy, interrupting him.
