Renée Montoya and Crispus Allen arrest Simon for the alleged murder of the two Robins and the missing Zack Weston.

Jack Dunning walks into the GCPD Headquarters with Zack Weston's ID and the police instantly arrest him. He ask to speak with Simon. He's babbles about being in 'their world' but doesn't make much sense. He requests to speak with Batman.

Commissioner Mike Akins pulls out a spare Bat-Signal to call Batman. They turn off the lights in the room Dunning is held in and Batman intimidates him into telling him everything. As Batman leaves, he continues to babble about being in their world.

Montoya slips about Romy Chandler loosing her gun to Batman.[1] When Sawyer goes to speak to Romy, Marcus Driver busts in with a made up story of having her gun re-calibrated which is why she missed her warning shot and almost hit Batman. Sawyer walks away agitated.
