Synopsis for "Bad Seeds"

Barbara Gordon is managing the Gardeners squads when the Bat turns up and shows her doctored "evidence" that Kara murdered their father. He also informs her sister has joined Natasha Irons' rebel group. Barbara is upset and angry and wants to go out there to find Kara, but Batman warns they have to first deal with a hostile rider approaching.

Harley Quinn rides her way to a hideout located right outside The Garden where her liaison is waiting for her. Lloyd confirms everything is ready and quips that he goes by Joker now.

Harley flashes back to one year ago. Back when she still called herself Harley Quinzel, she worked for Lex Luthor. She helped him perfect his "ridealongs" until she met Lloyd and realized Luthor's mind-control devices were turning people into drones unable to love something other than Lex. Aghast, she wiped out the ridealongs data and escaped in the ensuing chaos. She suspects the wipeout damaged her sanity permanently but she couldn't care less.

Harley and Joker sneak in the Garden and blow up a transmission tower, scrambling the ridealongs all over a city district. A riot is started, and Batman and Batgirl turn up.

Batgirl lays a beatdown on the Joker while Batman tries to subdue Harley; but he is mauled by her pet hyenas. Seeing how Batman is busy defending from Harley's beasts, Batgirl chases after her, catches her and starts up her jetpack. Barbara flies Harley over the buildings and threatens to drop her unless she reveals Kara Gordon's whereabouts and why she murdered her father. Quinn replies it's her the one is supposed to not make sense: Kara didn't kill anyone, let alone her father. He helped her run away.

Barbara gets completely shocked. Joker takes advantage of her confusion to disrupt her ridealong. Batgirl falls down and Harley lands on her bike, blasts a hole into the city wall and rides off.

Barbara is lying on the floor, hurt but alive. Batman carries her in his arms, declaring she isn't leaving the Cave ever again. Batgirl tries argue they still have a riot to subdue, but Batman replies the Gardeners have already "subdued" it. Barbara stares horrified.
