Synopsis for "Hunter's Moon"
Green Arrow (Oliver Queen) foils a mugging. Later, Oliver Queen and Dinah Laurel Lance go see a psychiatrist to deal with Dinah's issues after being kidnapped and tortured. Later, on the street, Oliver meets Anne Green. When Anne was 10 she was kidnapped and abused by a man named Al Muncy. Muncy is out of prison for a retrial of the case. Green Arrow pays a visit to Muncy and tells him Green Arrow will be watching.
The following night, Green Arrow is waiting in a tree at Anne's place. He sees a man in camouflage with a hood over his face approaching Anne's home. Green Arrow shoots an arrow into the man's heart. When he goes to retrieve it, the man is gone and there is no blood on the arrow.
