Synopsis for "The Champions, Part Two"

Oliver Queen arrives on San Juan Island and meets Eddie Fyers. Both have been hired by opposing governments to retrieve a pod containing a radioactive biochemical agent. Fyers warns Oliver that looking for a cause to support on the mission will be a hindrance. The two of them start looking for the pod together, but Fyers lays a trap for Oliver that wounds his leg, slowing him down.
A storm is likely to have the island sealed off for the next eighteen hours, and as the snow begins to fall, Oliver limps his way to cabin in the woods. Inside, an Native American woman takes him in and dresses his wound. She is part of an archaeological group operating in the area, gathering artifacts. As Oliver gets ready to leave, he turns on his Geiger counter which begins beeping. Oliver follows the beeping and finds the canister among the artifacts the woman had woman dug up earlier that day. Oliver deduces that the chemical is some kind of programmable virus.
Meanwhile, Fyers is outside, and he fires a bullet through the window. Oliver turns out the light and rigs a Molotov cocktail, giving it to the woman to throw. When she tosses it, Oliver fires an arrow at it and it explodes. The light ruins Fyers' night vision long enough for Oliver and the woman to run away from the cabin. Fyers spots them and holds them in place, aiming his sniper rifle at them. When he fires his weapon, another agent named Haydn, standing behind Oliver and the woman is killed by the shot.
Fyers orders Oliver to handcuff the woman to a tree, and setting his gun aside, he and Oliver fight for the canister. Fyers knocks Oliver off the side of the mountain, and as he is retrieving his glasses, a man named Macabee trains a rifle on him. Macabee radios to his Chinese employers to come get the canister, and as he marches Fyers toward the edge of the cliff, Oliver climbs up and throws Macabee over the edge. Oliver then blows up the canister, using a remote. With the target destroyed, Eddie and Oliver go their separate ways.
Later, in the Native woman's cabin, Oliver reveals that he had actually retrieved the vial containing the chemical. But, when faced with the prospect of it being used as a weapon in biochemical warfare, he destroys it himself, accepting the responsibility.
