Synopsis for "Reunion Tour Part 1"

The former bassist for a 70s Seattle rock band called the Electric Unicorns is killed when his trailer explodes. One bandmate had already been killed by a crazed fan, and the other members struggled with drug addictions and had been stricken with tragedy. As Oliver Queen watches news coverage, the band's former manager hints that the band's original bassist might be responsible.
At the funeral, Rufus Fairchild, the keyboardist, reveals that he has been clean for nearly a year, and the bassist's death has encouraged him to respect his mortality. Unfortunately, just hours after the funeral, Rufus is found dead of an apparent drug overdose. Lieutenant James Cameron believes that it was murder, and predicts that the only remaining member, guitarist Ward Brackett, will be targeted. Meanwhile, the original bassist, Tommy Shaeffer makes statements on television that he does not expect to be targeted.
That night, Oliver sneaks into Ward Brackett's house as a test of his security. Brackett reveals that the band has more personal reasons to be on poor terms with their former bassist, because he had written the songs for their demo, and got them their first audition, but was fired when he came to blows with their prospective manager. Oliver tries to convince Brackett to cancel a memorial concert, for his own safety, but he refuses. Brackett instead makes Oliver the head of security for the performance.
Tommy Shaeffer appears in the room, having been let in by Brackett's wife. Despite Tommy's personal history with Brackett, he professes innocence to Oliver, and warns that more will die if time is wasted pursuing him. Suddenly, shots are fired into the house, and Oliver throws the civilians to the ground.
