Synopsis for "Revenge of the Crumbler!"

Green Lantern finds his power battery and recharges his ring while Green Arrow talks to highway patrol. Arrow learns that all roads from their location are bloacked except one. Arrow and Canary drive that road searching for the Crumbler. They approach the Crumbler, who is having car trouble, but the Crumbler destroys the bridge they're on. Arrow's van crashes into the ice covered river. Arrow is knocked unconscious and Canary uses one of Arrow's phosphorous arrows trying to melt the thick ice enough to break through. Meanwhile Lantern has returned to the hospital. Arrow and Canary are brought in due to hypothermia and pneumonia. Arrow tells Lantern that the Crumbler was heading for Star City and Lantern takes off. The Crumbler, as Tuttle, meets with a psychiatrist and discusses his hatred for his father. When the psychiatrist stops the session, Tuttle goes crazy killing the psychiatrist, destroying property and deciding he wants his father to beg him for forgiveness. He enters the Gluck Building and destroys three of the six supporting pillars. Lantern tries to apprehend him from a distance but his ring fails. Thinking it's his head injury, Lantern decides not to try anything too fancy and asks the Crumbler what he wants. The Crumbler says he wants his father to apologize. The police find his father's address and Lantern goes to ask for his help. Morris Tuttle refuses and Lantern returns to the Gluck Building. He goes into the basement, just below the Crumbler, and pulls him through the floor and knocks him out. Lantern begins to wonder if something is wrong with the ring/battery (prelude to next issue).
