Synopsis for "In Control"

Kyle Rayner has waken up from a dream which felt to him like a different reality. John Stewart is at his bedside - it was Donna Troy who called him to support Kyle after him getting shot into the shoulder. As Kyle tries to explain to John what happened, Kyle finds himself in the body of Parallax battling the JLA for a few seconds before getting back to reality. John is pretty sure that somebody else, e.g. the Controllers, might be responsible for these hallucinations. John himself knows the Controllers all too well. He was a member of the Darkstars which were created by the Controllers to be more pro-active than the Green Lantern Corps.

After having another short hallucination, Kyle turns himself into Green Lantern. He flies into space and intends to find the Controllers. As he comes near a space station, Green Lantern is opposed by Effigy. This time it is the real Effigy, although he seems very unemotional. Kyle defeats Effigy and then breaks into the space station to confront the Controllers ...
