Synopsis for "Cutter Is Coming"

A serial killer named Cutter who slices people up as works of art is transferred to general pop. Ethan pisses off one of the Italian mafia so he hires a bodyguard named Kilo, but Kilo gets a better offer from the Italians. Ethan is about to get shanked when his psychic form emerges and fries the guy's arm. Cutter arrives after the altercation.
