Hector Hammond is a deformed but powerful telepath who was a key player in H.I.V.E.'s Psi War. After the rebooting of the multiverse, his physical appearance was restored to normal and he joined the D.E.O.

At some point, Hammond was kidnapped by Amanda Waller and put on her Task Force XI, a "Suicide Squad" of telepaths made to combat Brainiac.

• Telepathy: Hammond is an incredibly powerful telepath, he was able to shut down Atomic Skull's body with no effort.

• Telekinesis: Hammond has powerful telekinetic abilities that allow him to make people's heads explode.
