Synopsis for "The Man Who Stopped Time!"

A man escapes his execution and wanders onto the Alamogordo testing site in 1945. He believes in his own superiority to others so much that when he wishes for time to stop and sees the unmoving dummies in the test ground houses, he mistakes them for real people and thinks that he has stopped time by the power of his mind. That is, until the bomb goes off.
