Synopsis for "Solitary Confinement"

Huntress realizes that Bookworm has targeted her for murder, but killed the wrong woman. She eavesdrops on detectives O'Shea and Fiorello, as they discuss the case with their superior.
O'Shea informs his boss that Huntress has the original copy of Guido Bertinelli's diary, when asked who might be Bookworm's next target. The superior officer ignores the obvious assumption that Helena Bertinelli and the Huntress are one and the same, and when a woman claiming to have been Guido Bertinelli's mistress appears on the television, he sends Fiorello and O'Shea to protect her.
Melinda Cooper, a reporter living in a neighbourhood taken over by drug lords, writes an article about the dire situation, and the dangers of trying to raise children there. Her son is developing a science project which shows how a nuclear reaction could be used in a bomb or hand-held weapon.
Meanwhile, Bookworm and Picture Man head to an S&M dungeon, which the former has just gained ownership over, using the Bertinelli ledger. He hopes to find a list of the establishment's clientele, before seeking out Bertinelli's former mistress and killing her.
Bookworm talks his way into the mistress' home, and prepares to murder her. Suddenly, Huntress bursts in through the window, and they are forced into a standoff over the mistress' life.
At the science fair, the Melinda Cooper's son James reveals his research showing that given the right materials, individuals could gain access to small tactical nuclear weapons. Suddenly, he is kidnapped at gunpoint by a gang, who want to use his genius to create those weapons.
