History

Impulse was granted powers by Lex Luthor's Everyman Project, using them to for villainous purposes. Unlike most others involved in the project, who lost their powers when Luthor removed them on New Year's Eve, Impulse continued to operate. He later clashed with the Flash in Los Angeles and was easily apprehended.

Impulse can shoot energy from his hands.

Notes

• Although it is implied that Impulse's powers were never removed by Luthor, he is unable to use them when power distributors are removed from his armor.
