Synopsis for the 1st Story
Enlisting the aid of the reformed Trickster, Max Mercury set up an elaborate plot to catch the Dunsany crime family, which was responsible for the toxic waste dumping. Max, however, didn't let Impulse in on the plot, making the young speedster feel betrayed at the end.
