Synopsis for "The Return of Arrowette"

Arrowette has been having a hard time tracking down a thief who uses students to steal their parents' credit cards, so she enlists the aid of her old friend, Impulse. They eventually do stop the thief, but Impulse spends most of the time chasing down what he believes to be the Flash's Rogues, but turn out to be innocent coincidences. In the end, Impulse had so much fun working with Arrowette, he decides he wants to join a superhero team.
