Notes
- The title to this issue "Off on a Tangent" is a play-on-words in reference to the Tangent Comics imprint of DC Comics. The Tangent Universe was revisited during the Infinite Crisis event in which the Earth-97 Green Lantern of that reality made a brief appearance. Due to a printing error, the title to this story is not provided in this issue. Ion #10 reprints the title and issue credits at the end of that issue.
Trivia
- The tagline for this issue is "Homeland Security".
