Synopsis for "A Game of Chance, Part 1: Deal"

Having followed the Justice League to Detroit after serving his sentence, Tom Dillon summons his former cohorts to reform the Royal Flush Gang and get revenge. The plan to attack the Martian Manhunter, Steel, Vibe, Gypsy, and Vixen while on a retreat works, until Steel discovers the Stellaration machine. Tom and Queenie are killed in an avalanche.



Notes

  • This book was first published on June 14, 2006.The DCUguide places this story between Justice League of America #s 236 and 237 (March and April 1985). The topical reference to Chernobyl doesn't quite fit (that was in April 1986). It has to take place between #233 (when they move to Detroit) and 243 (when Aquaman resigns).
