Synopsis for "Stealing Thunder, Part 5: Crossing Over"
The JSA are relieved to have finally defeated Johnny Thunderbolt. Michael Holt orders the speedsters to find Ultra-Humanite and they point him in the right direction. Johnny says his goodbye to the crew and Jakeem Williams refuses to let him go. He comes up with a brilliant idea to have his soul merge with the thunderbolt so that he can live on in infamy.
Sand phases through the ground to arrive at Ultra-Humanite's lair. He taunts Humanite that he will always loose to the JSA. Humanite jests back that he is no longer human, the same as Sand. He only takes on the form necessary as he's now eluded death and will always haunt him.
Icicle arrives and prepares to destroy Ultra-Humanite's brain. Sand stops him and reminds him that the JSA don't kill. Crimson Avenger appears and shoots the brain telling him it was her duty to avenge Travis Lee.
Jakeem asks Thunderbolt to undo all the damage Humanite has performed. Thunderbolt replies that it is too complex of a task. Jakeem then tells him to just undo all the wishes Humanite made, and Thunderbolt reverses everything.
Later, the JSA attend the funeral of Johnny.
Scott and Holt meet to discuss Lyta's condition. They still haven't seen her be able to break out of her coma. Holt then tells Scott they are welcoming new members, Captain Marvel and Hourman, onto the team.
Meanwhile at the Slab, Sand heads to visit Icicle. He asks him to consider turning over a new leaf and joining the JSA as he saw the good he can perform. Icicle refuses and tells him as soon as he's released he'll kill them all.
