The Jack was a member of the Royal Flush Gang.
History
The man known only as "Jack" was a member of the third group of criminals to call themselves the Royal Flush Gang. He and the other members of the group went searching for Superman, knowing he was depowered from an earlier fight and hoping to catch him while he was down.
Finding him, the group ran into some trouble when King disrespected Ten, causing his sister Ace to surrender the fight against the Kryptonian and fight the other members of the gang instead. Jack and the rest of the Royal Flush members were soon apprehended by the police.[1]
