Powers and Abilities

Powers

• Invisibility: Like his predecessor Lyle Norg, the first Invisible Kid, Foccart can become undetectable via light waves in the range of human vision. Unlike Norg, Foccart was invisible to other levels of EM detection as well.
• Teleportation: For a while Foccart also had the ability to teleport. He could not control this ability and, after acccidentally causing the death of a villian, considered it a liability and had it was removed by Dr. Gym'll.

  Abilities

• Leadership - After the subversion of Earthgov by the Dominators, Foccart helped lead the underground resistance. This eventually led to his being appointed President of Earth.
