Janus

Janus is the name of several figures from the DC Universe.

The main one is the Roman god of transitions, beginnings, and endings. Janus split into two halves; the male turned to the past and the female to the future. Their future aspect seized the God Scraper blade from the forges of Hephaestus, using it to slay all the gods of all the pantheons, becoming a villain of Wonder Woman.

In New Earth, Janus is a metahuman villain of Hawkman with a multiple personality disorder. As "Picasso", he can generate a reality field enabling him to manifest three dimensional paintings which he can use as portals.

The Roman god was adapted by Michael W. Conrad and Becky Cloonan, first appearing in Wonder Woman #774 (2021). The Hawkman villain was created by John Ostrander and Gary Kwapisz, first appearing in Hawkworld Annual (Volume 2) #1 (1990).
