History:

Sgt. Jeffrey "Goz" Goslin was an officer in the United States Air Force and a contemporary of Captain Nathaniel Adam. The two developed a close friendship in the years leading up to Adam's involvement in the "Captain Atom Project". Jeff Goslin was the godfather to Nate's two children Peg and Randy. In later years, he developed a romantic relationship with Peggy Adam - one that caused great tension between and her father and he.
