Jeq-Vay was a citizen of Argo City native, one of the few incorporated into Kandor by Brainiac for his advanced training in Sunstone technology.
He serves in Red Shard under Commander El as the group's technician. Under Kal-El, he has corralled thought-beasts and captured the criminal Greyline.
Notes
Jeq-Vay is African in appearance. Based on his higher rank, he is presumably more responsible than his squadmates
