Jillian Jackson is a teenage party girl and former girfriend of the Teen Titan Garfield Logan. She is noted mostly for her ever-changing hair color (usually pink or blue). Years after Jillian and Gar parted ways, Jillian came back into Gar's life during a period when he was still coping with the betrayal and ultimate death of another former girlfriend Terra. Jillian helped him through some of his dark times and later attended the wedding of Donna Troy and Terry Long as Gar's date.
