Joe Kubert He is widely recognized for his contributions to the genre of war era comics with titles such as All-American Men of War, G.I. Combat, and Sgt. Rock. He is also remembered for his work on the character of Hawkman during the early Brave and the Bold stories of the 1960s. Joe has two sons who are likewise involved in the comics industry, Andy and Adam. The Kubert siblings have contributed material to both Marvel and DC Comics.
