Joseph Illidge is an American writer and editor who has been working with DC Comics and Warner Bros for his entire career. Illidge began his career working for Milestone Media; a DC imprint and later he would become the regular editor in the Batman titles during the year-long event Batman: No Man's Land. He was also involved in the production of the TV shows Static Shock and Batman Beyond. Joseph has been working in the production of recent live-action TV series like Arrow and Gotham and he also contributed in a lesser degree to the making of the rebooted Batman movie trilogy.

He is the co-founder of Verge Entertainment, a company that has worked for DC Comics and Marvel Comics.
