Synopsis for "Nabu In My Head"

Fire, whose powers were enhanced by the Gene Bomb unleashed at the end of the Invasion, trains on the roof of the New York Justice League Embassy with Big Barda. After flying for the first time, Fire lands on the roof. Barda heads back into the building to retrieve her Mega-Rod in order to test Fire's battle skills.

Barda finds her car missing. Parked along the street outside the Embassy, it has apparently been stolen -- with her Mega-Rod in the trunk. Barda is furious, but Bea is relieved.

At Mt. Sinai Hospital, Max, Oberon, Batman, and Kent (Nabu) are gathered around the comatose :* Blue Beetle.

Mister Miracle and Fire accompany Barda in her search for her missing weapon, using Scott's Mother Box to track it.

Kent enters the mind of Ted Kord, finding first a horde of beautiful women, and then Ted himself, alone in the dark, staring into a light. Ted is wearing Dan Garrett's costume. Ted shows him the reason he can't leave -- an impenetrable stone wall which represents the "Azrael Block" place in his mind by the nefarious Queen Bee, ruler of Bialya.

Booster Gold has been placed in quarantine until it can be determined whether the Queen Bee has also tampered with his mind.

Unable to breach the Azrael Block, Kent sends Ted into Kent Nelson's body. He is then able to switch their minds back, bypassing the Azrael Block. The procedure is repeated on Booster.

Scott, Barda, and Bea finally discover the wrecked remains of Barda's car in New Jersey -- and a street punk who has claimed her Mega-Rod as his own.
