Synopsis for "Red Winter: A Wind from the East"
The Rocket Red Brigade attacks a Ukranian military base. Aquaman and Power Girl head to Ukraine to investigate, while the Elongated Man and Sue Dibny are invited to a changed Modora by its citizens. The Crimson Fox experiments with new costumes by Paul Gambi, but does not like any of them, and decides to visit Metamorpho in her old uniform. Dmitri visits Justice League headquarters and attacks Flash and Doctor Light.
