Synopsis for "Inferno!"

The members of Justice League International are unconscious as the druids set fire to their castle headquarters. When Doctor Light comes round, she tries to get Godfrey to move everybody to safety, but there is no response - Flash and Elongated Man had told him not to respond to Kimiyo as a test of his abilities. However, her mysterious astral friend manages to possess Godfrey's body and carry everyone to a safer part of the castle until someone who can command Gofrey wakes up. With the help of intelligence gleaned by their invisible ally, the heroes take back the castle, but find themselves up against the powerful Grand Druid. This man is only defeated by Duke Donald.

Once the druids have been taken away by the police, Elongated Man and Sue Dibny announce that they are leaving the League, largely due to the number of times Sue's life has been put in danger. They are to go travelling, and Duke Donald opts to accompany them.
