Synopsis for "Flesh!"
J'onn J'onzz follows the android that spared Gypsy and confirms his theory of Ivo's involvement, then destroys the android. Steel and Vixen go off separately to avenge Vibe, in spite of the presidential order. Steel recognizes a policeman as an Ivo android and attacks, but is gravely injured in the battle. Hoping to cause the automaton's destruction in an energy overload, Steel battles the android until it explodes, and absorbs the blast with his body.
J'onn J'onzz arrives and flies Steel to the elder Hank Hey-wood's Bunker in Detroit, but the damage is too severe and finally, Steel's grandfather unplugs the life-support system, allowing the young hero to perish.
