Synopsis for "Chapter Two"

On Luthor's orders, the Riddler breaks into Wayne Industries and uses its mainframe to hack into the Batcomputer. Seconds after burning the information to disc, he is confronted by Batman, who chases him across Gotham. Batman eventually apprehends the Riddler at the city cemetery, but not before Riddler surprises him with a sudden coughing fit.

Meanwhile, other members of Luthor's legion put their abilities toward humanitarian ends. The Scarecrow delivers instantaneous cures to paraplegics, while Captain Cold and Poison Ivy bring fresh water and crops to drought-stricken areas. These acts of philanthropy quickly become public and win the legion many accolades, though the Justice League remains suspicious, especially in light of Aquaman's recent disappearance.

In truth, Aquaman is now a captive of Brainiac, who stands ready to perform many painful experiments on the helpless Atlantean king.
