Katarou

Katarou is a martial arts master turned criminal whose greatest ambition was to train with the True Master. After his first attempt to do so was unsuccessful, he devised an evil plan involving Robin to help him achieve his goal, making him an enemy of the Teen Titans. He is exclusive to the continuity of the animated series Teen Titans and its spin-offs, including Teen Titans Go!.

Katarou was created by Amy Wolfram, first appearing in the Teen Titans episode The Quest (2005).
