• Although Keith is officially recognized as the Grim Ghost, he has never actually taken to calling himself that. Who's Who: The Definitive Directory of the DC Universe #9 is the only resource that credits Keith as the Grim Ghost.

• An alternate version of the Grim Ghost made a cameo appearance in Kingdom Come #2. He was never addressed by name, but was simply one of many patrons seen at a trendy nite club.
