Kimiyo Hoshi is a brilliant scientist, medical doctor and the second Doctor Light. Despite her predecessor Arthur Light being a super-villain, she acts as a super-hero. Her photonic powers give her control over hard-light constructs. She has been a member of the Birds of Prey, Doom Patrol, the Outsiders and the Justice League. Kimiyo Hoshi was created by Marv Wolfman and George Perez, first appearing in Crisis on Infinite Earths #4. (1985) |
