King Voxv was King of the planet Orando, a primitive superstitious world still wrapped in Feudal Culture much like Earth's Middle Ages. His sole contribution to the galaxy was to send his daughter to join the Legion.
Prior to his daughter's marriage to Karate Kid, he had him follow a quest to prove his worthiness to his majesty. When the quest was done, the two lovers went to Orlando to seek the blessings of the King. However, during the visit, he died.
The crown was then passed on to his daughter, who became Queen, but only after a challenge from her cousin Prince Pharoxx. [1]
